Francesca opens Taipei Symphony season with Gautier Capuçon

Following a successful last minute jump in performing Prokofiev 2 with the Milwaukee Symphony and Alpesh Chauhan, and debuts with Dortmund and Seattle Symphonies this month, Francesca Dego jumps in in Taipei on March 11th for Lisa Batiashvili, performing Saint-Saëns “La muse et le poète” and the world premiere of Richard Dubugnon’s “Le poème silencieux”, both for violin, cello and orchestra, alongside superstar cellist Gautier Capuçon. The concert is the season opening of Taipei Symphony and Alexander Liebreich’s inaugural concert as their Music Director. It is also Dego’s Taiwan debut.
